My order showed up in good shape, just a little later than I expected. I’ll admit I’m someone who checks tracking way too often, so unclear updates bug me more than they might bother other people. Overall it was fine, but the tracking could definitely be better.

The dress looked nice when I tried it on, but after wearing it for about an hour the fabric started feeling scratchy. I had hoped for something softer, especially for the price. I also feel a little frustrated because comfort is such a basic thing to expect, and it just didn’t really deliver. It’s not terrible, but I doubt I’ll reach for it very often.

The shipping just took a little longer than I was expecting, but it did arrive eventually.

I don’t think this was worth what I paid. The company makes it sound all premium and impressive, but once I actually got it, it was just okay. Not terrible, just nowhere near the level I expected for the price. I’d be hesitant to buy again unless they dropped the cost a lot.

The design feels old and a bit cluttered, like it hasn’t been refreshed in a while. It’s not terrible, but it does make the whole experience feel messier than it should. I also reached out by email and the replies felt like they were written by a robot, which made it a little frustrating

I was trying to find a dress on Kasper, and honestly... the site made it harder than it needed to be. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely got frustrating quickly.

The pages were loading slowly for me, and every time I went back, the filters seemed to reset, which was super annoying. A few of the product photos also took forever to show up, so I ended up refreshing more than once just to see what I was looking at.
Checkout was actually okay, I guess, but getting to that point felt like way more work than it should have. I just wish the site was smoother and easier to browse.

The photos made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. When I got it, it didn’t really match the description either, which was disappointing. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a jacket from Kasper and I’m so pleased with it. The fabric feels nicer than I expected, and the stitching looks really neat and well done. The fit is pretty much perfect for me, maybe slightly roomy, but in a comfortable way that I actually like. I’ve already worn it a couple of times and it still looks brand new. Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and glad I bought it...

I was surprised they had what I needed in stock, in stock for real, including the size I couldn’t find anywhere else. Checkout was quick and easy too, so the whole thing was just simple simple

I had to make an exchange, and it was painless. Compared to other places where returns turn into a whole back-and-forth, this was quick and low-stress. No drama at all.

My order came exactly like I picked it online, at least from what I could tell. I did spend a little time double-checking everything because I wasn’t sure if I was missing something or just overthinking it, but nope, it was all there. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I ordered a blazer and pants from Kasper, it fit better than I expected. The pants were actually really nice and flattering, which was a pleasant surprise. The blazer looked good too, although the sleeves were a little long on me, so apparently my arms didn’t get the memo. Not a huge problem since I can have them altered, but it would’ve been nice if they were just right out of the box. Overall, I’m happy with it

I had to email them twice before I actually got a clear answer. The person who replied was Nice enough, but it definitely took longer than I expected. They did fix the issue in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly Great either.
